We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns You may return your order, or any part of it, for a full refund if you're not completely satisfied — no questions asked.
You must register your return within 14 days of receiving your order and send the items back to the seller following their instructions, within 14 days of registering the return.
If your order included items from different sellers, please follow each seller's return instructions separately.
To start a return:
- If return instructions were included in your package, follow those to send the item directly back to the seller.
- If not, visit our Help Centre and complete a short form to receive specific return instructions.
Important: All returns must be sent directly to the seller — please do not send items to Hooriva. We cannot accept liability for goods returned to us directly.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Perishable goods (e.g. fresh food, flowers)
- Opened hygiene or health products (e.g. cosmetics, underwear, pierced jewellery)
- Opened audio, video, or software recordings
- Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals
Additional conditions:
- Returned items must be in resaleable condition — unworn/unused with original tags and packaging
- Package items carefully; Hooriva is not responsible for damage during return transit
- Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or damaged
- If returning all items from one seller, original standard shipping costs will be refunded
- We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage
- For international returns, mark the parcel "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs charges
- Returns not meeting these conditions may be refused or result in a reduced refund
Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrived damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible via our Help Centre. Most sellers will require a photo or video of the issue. Resolutions may include a replacement, a partial discount, or a full refund with return.
Refusing Delivery If you refuse delivery without valid reason, any fees incurred by the seller may be deducted from your refund. The same applies if an item is not collected from a postal depot and is returned to the sender.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of the seller receiving the returned goods
- You'll receive a confirmation email once your return is accepted
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 1–5 business days depending on your payment provider
Exchanges We're currently unable to offer direct exchanges. Please follow the returns process above and place a new order.
